BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 1300 block of East 5th Street, being on the northeast line of East 5th Street at Holtzclaw Avenue. Part of lots 1-4, D.L. Sublett's Subdivision of Lots 41 and 42 of East End Syndicate, as shown by plat of record in deed book L, volume 3, page 556, R.O.H.C., said part of lots being part of the properties described in deed book 2804, page 418, R.O.H.C., deed book 2692, page 715, R.O.H.C., and deed book 2211, page 636, R.O.H.C., and being all of C.H.A. Parcel 150-11, Chattanooga Housing Authority Orchard Knob Urban Renewal Project, as shown by plat of record in plat book 48, page 261, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 146G-D-14, and part of 146G-D-15 and 16. from R-3 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. That all off-street parking areas shall be screened from abutting residences. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
